What we collect, and what we don't.

TILT Golf Co. is a one-person golf simulator rental business in Draper, Utah. This site collects almost nothing. There are no cookies, no advertising trackers and no analytics on it. The only information we ever receive is what you type into the quote form, plus the standard server logs our host keeps.

What we collect

If you fill in the quote form, we receive the four things it asks for:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• Your event date
• Your event type

Nothing else. There are no accounts on this site, and we never take payment details through it — deposits are arranged separately once you've spoken to us.

Our host, Netlify, keeps standard web server logs that include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited and the time you visited them. We don't use these for anything; they exist because every web server keeps them.

Why we collect it

Solely to reply to your enquiry with availability and a price, and — if you book — to arrange and run your event. That's the entire purpose.

Calls and texts

When you submit the quote form you're asking us to get back to you, so we'll reply by text or phone call about that enquiry, usually the same day. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

We don't run text marketing campaigns, we don't add you to any list, and we don't send promotional messages. If you'd rather we stopped contacting you, reply STOP to any text or just tell us — that's the end of it.

What we never do

• We don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. Ever.
• We don't share your number with marketers, lead generators or other vendors.
• We don't set cookies or use advertising pixels on this site.
• We don't use analytics software to track how you browse.

Who else touches your data

Two companies, and only because the site runs on their infrastructure:

• Netlify hosts the site and delivers the quote form submissions to us.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces this page uses. Loading them means your browser requests a file from Google, which means Google receives your IP address. If you'd prefer that not happen, a content blocker will stop it and the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries while we're in touch with you, and afterwards for our own records of who we've worked with. If you'd like yours deleted, ask and we'll delete it — no reason needed, and we'll confirm once it's done.

Seeing or deleting your information

Email hello@tiltgolfco.com or text (801) 671‑8373 and ask. Because we're a one-person business holding a handful of enquiries, this is a quick and informal process — you'll hear back from Oscar directly.

Children

This site isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Guests of any age are welcome to play at an event, but the booking is made by an adult.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. We're not going to quietly start collecting more than we do now.
