These terms cover using tiltgolfco.com, booking an event with TILT Golf Co., and receiving text messages from us. When you book, you also sign a booking agreement through Square. If anything here differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement is what applies to your event.

Who we are

TILT Golf Co. rents a mobile golf simulator for events on the Wasatch Front. We deliver it, set it up, run it for the length of your booking and take it down. Our address is 449 West 1720 North, Provo, UT 84604.

Booking and payment

• A date isn't held until the booking agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. We run one event per date.
• A deposit holds your date: 25% for weddings and parties, 50% for company events.
• The rest is due at the end of the event. We take card through Square, Venmo or cash.
• Travel anywhere on the Wasatch Front is included. Further out, we quote travel before you book.

Cancellations and date changes

The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. With at least 14 days' notice, we'll move it to a new date if we're free. Company bookings with Date Lock are covered by the terms of that package.

Weather

We make the weather call, and safety decides it. Light rain and wind are usually fine. In heavier weather we may pause play, take the enclosure down, or move to an indoor or covered space if you have one. If wind stops us setting up outdoors for essentially the whole event and there's no indoor space, you choose a full refund or a smaller sheltered setup for 25% of the price.

Your space

We need a level space 16 ft wide and 12 ft deep with 11 ft of clear height, a grounded outlet within 100 ft (or a generator), the venue's OK to set up, vehicle access and parking for one vehicle, access 90 minutes before your start time, and someone on site we can reach. Please confirm the space with your venue before booking.

Safety

The hitting area is enclosed, and our attendant runs play and keeps the area clear while anyone is swinging. Children need an adult with them near the simulator. Please follow the attendant's directions.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number through our website, chat or booking, you agree to receive text messages from TILT Golf Co. about your enquiry and your booking, such as availability, quotes, booking details and event-day updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also call or text (801) 671‑8373 or email hello@tiltgolfco.com. Agreeing to texts isn't a condition of booking. We don't sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their marketing. See our privacy policy for more.

This website

We keep the information on this site as accurate as we can, but prices and packages can change. The price in your signed booking agreement is the one that applies.

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top.
