I own and run TILT. I'm the one who delivers the simulator, builds it, runs your event and takes it down.
I started TILT because I love golf, and love watching others grow to love it as well.

The space needs to be clear of wires, sprinklers and branches, and the outlet should be a standard grounded one (a generator works too). We also need the venue's OK to set up, vehicle access with a clear path for equipment, access 90 minutes before your start time, and someone on site we can call about payment and weather. Venue Wi-Fi isn't needed since we bring our own connection, though it's handy if there is some. Please confirm the space with your venue before booking — the booking agreement covers what happens if we can't set up on the day.
Roughly 25–30 guests an hour on closest-to-the-pin, assuming short turns, so a four-hour booking can get around a hundred people a go. The real number depends on your crowd and how long each person plays.
Yes. Closest-to-the-pin doesn't need any golf experience, and the attendant shows anyone how to hold the club and swing. Golfers get real ball data; everyone else just tries to land it near the flag.
Yes — banquet halls, barns, gyms and large garages all work. We need 16 × 12 ft and 11 ft of clear overhead height for full swings. Let us know about beams, lights, fans or sloped ceilings before booking.
We make the weather call, and safety decides it. Light rain and light wind are usually fine. In heavier rain or strong, gusty wind we may pause play, take the enclosure down, or move to an indoor or covered space if you have one, so for any outdoor booking we strongly recommend having an indoor backup in mind. Time lost to a weather pause isn't added on or refunded, though we'll make it up where the schedule allows.
If wind stops us setting up outdoors for essentially the whole event and there's no indoor space, you choose: a full refund, or a smaller sheltered setup (hitting net, launch monitor and TV) for 25% of the price.
Anywhere on the Wasatch Front is included in the price. Outside that range there's a travel charge, and we'll quote it up front before you commit to anything.
A deposit holds your date: 25% for weddings and parties, 50% for company events. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, but with at least 14 days' notice we'll move it to a new date if we're free. The rest is due at the end of the event and collected on site. We take card through Square, Venmo or cash.
We only run one event per date, and a date isn't held until the deposit is paid.
Yes. Children need an adult with them near the simulator, and the attendant keeps the hitting area clear while anyone is swinging.
Yes, for closest-to-the-pin. We bring a left-handed 9-iron alongside the full right-handed set. A complete left-handed set is next on our list.
