We bring a golf simulator and run a closest-to-the-pin contest. Every shot goes up on a live leaderboard with your company's name on it. The line stays full. Sales talks trash. Someone nobody expected wins the trophy.

On Monday, they're still talking about it. And you're the one who planned it.

How it works

  1. 01 Text us your date. We confirm it's open, usually the same day, and send the agreement and deposit link.
  2. 02 We set up. We arrive about 90 minutes early and build everything before guests come.
  3. 03 Your team plays. We run every swing, keep score, and hand out the trophy. Then we pack it all out.

Is this a fit?

Great for:

holiday parties, team nights, client appreciation, and sales incentives, for teams of about 20 to 150.

Not a fit if:
  • Your space is smaller than 16 ft wide, 12 ft deep, with 11 ft of clear height.
  • You need it outdoors in daylight. The screen won't show.
  • You want a few people playing full rounds all night. This is built so everyone gets a turn.
What we need from you:

that space, a grounded outlet within 100 ft, access 90 minutes before start, and parking for one vehicle.

FAQ
Do people who've never golfed have fun?

Yes. Closest-to-the-pin doesn't need any experience. We show everyone how to hold the club and swing.

How many people can play?

About 25–30 an hour on closest-to-the-pin. A 3-hour party gets 75–90 turns.

Can you set up in our office?

Yes, if you have a space 16 by 12 ft with 11 ft of clear height. Event halls, warehouses, gyms and big lobbies all work. Tell us about beams, lights or fans before you book.

Is it safe?

The hitting area is fully enclosed. An attendant runs every swing and keeps the area clear.

What if our date changes?

With the Pin Challenge or the Full Tour, Date Lock moves your booking once, free, with 14 days' notice, if the new night is open.

How do we book and pay?

Text us or fill out the form. A 50% deposit holds your night, and the rest is due at the end of the event. We take card, Venmo or cash.

Check your date.

Text us or fill this out. We'll confirm your night is open and send a firm price, usually the same day. Then you get the agreement and deposit link. We show up 90 minutes early. You enjoy the party.
